Take Five at the Institute saved our numbers this week. We made a point to go to all 3 lunches and we had several investigators there. We were able to have many a lesson with a member present during that time. Thank heaven. We went tracking for about half an hour on Tuesday and got a new investigator. That was cool until she ditched us on Saturday for her return appointment - oh well.

Wednesday Sister Short went to the Doctor - she has a large lump on her collar bone that turns out to be a cyst - she's getting removed tomorrow. I'm very excited - I hope they let me in the room so I can watch. On Wednesday we went to a members house for dinner and her dog kept chewing on my bag - I let it go but was grossed out. Upon returning home I emptied my bag and threw it in the washer. I didn't check the outside pocket and accidentally sent the cell phone through the washing machine. We have a new phone now - the day and half without it were brutal.

Friday we helped the Elders move. My hands hurt a lot but I'm good now. Saturday I practiced the piano for several hours - Elder Merkley is singing in a few weeks and I get to accompany him. It's a very pretty song called My Soul Hungered.

Sunday we went to Elder Bednars Devotional talk - I really enjoyed it. I've been trying to figure out how I'm going to change some of my old habits when I return home and his talk gave me several ideas.

Today we played roller hockey, well by we I mean Krissie, the Elders and I while Sister Short and Carly sat on the sides and watched. That's all for me. If this letter is boring it's because my week was boring.
