Happy Birthday Sister Wilcox!!!

Thank you all for your expressions of love and wishes of a Happy Day.

I'm not sure I understand the numbers on dad's midline shift. I see that they went down but not a lot - so I'm assuming it's good but I have no idea what on earth most of that means. (Michael's midline shift was 10mm the day we went to the ER and June 4th was 5mm. Anything over 5mm surgery is considered - yup - they did it!)

I'm very excited for your new TV dad. You've had the same one for many years. I suppose major surgery is excuse enough to get a new one :) Thank you so much for adding some money to my account. I've been a little worried about that. Not here but the return home, my grand plan was to go home, sleep, get a job. That's still the plan but I can buy nice clothes to get the job. After all we are to dress for success. In all likelihood I'll renew my CNA certificate and just get over myself.

Sister Malcom and I get along really well. We got a bit of a surprise yesterday morning. President called to tell us he was sending yet another Sister home and he was bringing Sister Goodsell to us.

I MEET ELDER BEDNAR! HE STARED INTO MY SOUL AND IT WAS GOOD. We got up at 4 am Saturday to drive to Pensacola - the opposite end of the mission to have a three hour training with Elder Bednar. I straightened my hair for the occasion. He asked us what we had learned from the reading he assigned us - I had a comment on that one. Then he opened it up for questions - we talked about getting out of the way of the Holy Ghost.

Oh - this computer is about to shut down - I'll see if I can start again somewhere else.

(She couldn't so this was a very short email!)
